Special Assistant to
the President and Senior Director
The Office of Strategic Planning advises and assists the President and
the National Security Advisor on all aspects of U.S. foreign policy with
respect to strategic communications and planning issues. Additionally,
the Office of Strategic Planning drafts the public remarks of the
President and the National Security Advisor on foreign affairs --
including policy speeches, statements and ceremonial remarks.
