MAKE COLLEGE EDUCATION MORE AFFORDABLE FOR FAMILIES

President Clinton made a number of proposals in his State of the Union Address to build on our current prosperity by increasing opportunity and responsibility in education.

Among those proposals is the President's plan to make higher education more affordable for families. These new proposals build on a seven-year record of working to expand access to education and training beyond high school.
