AMERICA'S TECHNOLOGY LITERACY CHALLENGE

On February 15, 1996 the President proposed the creation of a $2 billion, 5 year Technology Literacy Challenge fund. He also participated in a roundtable with students, teachers, and parents at Christopher Columbus school and addressed students at St. Michael's School, both in Union City, New Jersey.
