President Clinton will arrive in Guam early Monday afternoon. Upon his arrival, the President will attend a reception with Community leaders in Agana, Guam's capital. After the reception, the President will visit a memorial to the War in the Pacific and deliver a speech to the people of Guam. After his speech, the President will depart for Washington, D.C.
