Objective

Provide states and localities with resources to provide housing and related services under long-term comprehensive strategies for meeting the needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS.

Action Steps

Award grants, both formula-based and competitively-selected grants to support a broad range of housing and services to prevent homelessness of persons living with HIV/AIDS. Unmet need, see above.
