Goal To increase understanding of and support for U.S. Government (USG) policies and programs on HIV/AIDS among foreign publics.

To provide accurate information on USG policy and programs to key foreign audiences.

Action Steps
Disseminate information via multi-language television, radio and texts distributed directly and through overseas posts and reference centers, tours and briefings for foreign journalists and health policy officials, and public affairs campaigns that support specific USG initiatives in foreign countries.

Sponsor multi-regional, regional and individual International Visitor Programs, focusing specifically on HIV/AIDS issues and as part of programs on substance abuse, civil society, human rights and community health.
