Action Steps
  1. Supplementation of high risk youth grants for alcohol, tobacco and other drugs (ATOD) prevention for the purpose of including HIV/AIDS prevention strategies in their present activities.
  2. Develop program to empower youth with skills, knowledge, and beliefs for HIV prevention.
  3. Demonstrate effective strategies to prevent ATOD use and abuse among high risk youth.
  4. Include developmentally and culturally appropriate HIV/AIDS education and prevention approaches.
