Agency Information Collection Under Review by the Office of Management and Budget

AGENCY: Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President.

ACTION: Notice of submission for OMB review; comment request.

SUMMARY: The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has submitted the information collections listed at the end of this notice to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), OMB for review under provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13). These forms are required by OMB Circulars A-102, "Grants and Cooperative Agreements with State and Local Government," and A-110, "Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institution of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations." In response to OMBs earlier Federal Register notice on July 30, 1998 (63 FR 40745), four responses were received. At this time, OMB proposes no changes to the existing forms.
