WHITE HOUSE CLIMATE CHANGE TASK FORCE

The President established the White House Climate Change Task Force in February 1997 to inform and involve the public on the Administration's position on mitigation of climate change. The Task Force reports jointly to both the Council on Environmental Quality and the National Economic Council and works closely with the Office of Science and Technology Policy.
